Assignment description - For this assignment I had to take an already taken photo of a car and photoshop it. (Make the background black, get rid of some of the spots on the car, and tint the windshield). The first photo is slightly edited and follows the assignment, I missed around with the second photo and tried different colors, contrast, etc. Original PhotoEdited PhotosWhat I learned - I understand more now that almost every photo online is edited and I learned how to do some of that editing.

Assignment description - The objective was to create a pop art of a photo of ourselves using different colors and effects. The first picture is a picture of me, the second is a pop art of the same picture, and the third is a picture of someone else. What I learned - I learned how to use photoshop more effectively and I discovered some new techniques and effects. Previously I had never used photoshop, so this was fun for me.
AnimalFor my first assignment, I chose animals (cats). I have 2 cats at home and I think they will be great subjects for this project.
Shutter 1/2 - Shows the most motion blur out of all the pictures Shutter 1/4 - Shows a little less blur than the 1/2 Shutter 1/20 - Image starts to get more clear Shutter 1/50 With shutter speed I was trying to convey motion with slow and fast speeds f2.8 - Background starts out blurry with subject in focus f4 - Background begins to become more clear f5.6 - Background is fairly in focus f8 - Entire picture is in focus With aperture I was trying to start the background out blurry and slowly get more focused 1. A fast shutter speed does what to an image?
It captures the motion clearly with no motion blur, especially if the subject is moving quickly. 2. A slow shutter speed causes what effect on an image? It gives motion blur and adds the feeling of motion in an image. 3. A large aperture causes what effect on an image? It takes the picture in focus with both the subject and the background in focus. 4. A small aperture causes what effect on an image? It makes it so the subject in front is in focus, but the background is not. Assignment Description - The task was to take 11 different pictures, each picture represents a different technique that was assigned. All of these pictures were taken from around the school. Depth Of Field Lines Pattern Rule Of Thirds Symmetry Texture Balance Color Framing Perspective Space What I learned - I learned how use everything around you to your advantage in taking quality photos.
